The protective gown, disposable, is unisex, for non-medical use, made of special material, non-woven polypropylene, 100g / m².

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROTECTIVE DRESS, FOR SINGLE USE

• closing in the middle of the back, by overlapping the two sides and fixing them at the waist through a cord of the same material as the robe and fixing to the neckline with a cord, for a safe and correct positioning of the protective robe on the body.
• the chosen locking system gives lightness to the disposable protective gown and allows it to be used by wearers who have different conformations and sizes, thus covering a wide range of measures.
• the sleeves are cut separately.
• the hem at the end of the sleeves is provided with elastic for better tightness.
• all seams are overlaid to ensure the wear resistance of the protective gown.

The polypropylene fiber from which the protective gown is made, does not present risks for the wearer’s health, does not cause skin irritation and in foreseeable conditions of normal use, does not release substances known as toxic, carcinogenic, allergenic to the human body. The non-woven polypropylene material, from which the hooded overalls are made, does not emit unpleasant odors and has a clean and uniform appearance.

TECHNICAL AND PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS

During the process of designing the PROTECTIVE GOWNS, it was taken into account that the finished product must:

• have a correct positioning on the user and must ensure the maintenance of this position throughout the foreseeable duration of use, taking into account the environmental conditions and the movements and positions of the user during his activity or when practicing another activity.
• to ensure a coverage of a large surface of the body. For this purpose, the end of the sleeves was ensured by an elastic, and the closure on the middle of the back, in order to avoid the penetration of external agents inside the coverall.
• to provide the user with a level of comfort in accordance with the level of protection against the existing danger, with the environmental conditions, with the level of activity of the user, as well as with the expected duration of use of the hooded overalls.
• be easy to equip and disassemble. For this purpose, the closure is made at the back center, secured with a lace at the waist.
• not to limit the normal movements of the body, to be possible movements of the arms and knees, as well as bending movements; For this purpose, all the designed parts / patterns have enlarged dimensions, in order to create lightness and comfort during wearing.
• to have adequate adjustment systems, which allow the sealing of the robe while maintaining the comfort of the user, such as the elastic
• at the end of the sleeves, the cord at the back neck and the overlapping of the parts at the center back thus obtaining maintenance of the product waist, as close to the body as possible, avoiding the difficulty of movements during various activities.

PACKING

Packing of protective gowns, disposable:

• Each disposable protective gown is placed in a 30x40cm polyethylene bag, which will be sealed.
• 60 bags are placed in a cardboard box, transport resistance measuring 80x60x60cm.
• The instructions for using the disposable protective gowns are entered in the box. The box is sealed and has an adhesive label, on which information is mentioned about: model name, manufacturer, manufacturer’s address, etc.
