HOOD PROTECTION SUIT

In the context of the Covid -19 pandemic, this product can also be used in the medical field for auxiliary staff (staff outside operating rooms), in the field of services and transportation.

Individual, non-sterile, disposable equipment that covers or replaces personal clothing and is designed to ensure the protection of the body during work, in normal working environments.

Made of special material, non-woven polypropylene, 100g / m². Polypropylene fiber, which is made of the hooded overalls, does not pose health risks, does not irritate the skin and eyes. It is resistant to breakage.

Polypropylene fiber from which the hooded protective suit is made, does not present risks for the wearer’s health, does not cause skin irritation and in foreseeable conditions of normal use, does not release substances known as toxic, carcinogenic, allergenic to the human body. The non-woven polypropylene material, from which the hooded overalls are made, does not emit unpleasant odors and has a clean and uniform appearance.

It’s made of:

• raglan sleeves (there is a single part consisting of the sleeve, half of the front bust and half of the back bust, the aim being to obtain a final product with as few stitches as possible) are combined with the inner seam
• the opening / closing of the product is done with a zipper placed at the front center and covered by a slit, in order to avoid the penetration of external agents inside the coverall.
• the hood consists of two parts assembled with a seam made in a simple sewing machine and has elastic on the outer edge, for. an exact positioning around the face.
• the front and back parts of the trousers are assembled through a single seam inside the trousers, thus reducing the number of stitches on the product and eliminating the risks of penetration of various particles inside the coverall.
• the middle of the back in the waist area has elastic, for a correct positioning and fixation on the body.
• the hem at the end of the sleeves and at the end of the trousers is provided with elastic for a good tightness.

TECHNICAL AND PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS

During the process of designing the HOOD PROTECTION COMBINATION, it was taken into account that the finished product must:

• have a correct positioning on the user and must ensure the maintenance of this position throughout the foreseeable duration of use, taking into account the environmental conditions and the movements and positions of the user during his activity or when practicing another activity.
• to ensure a total coverage of the body, so that no part of the body that we set out to protect, remains uncovered during the movements performed by the wearer, For this purpose the locking system at the center front (zipper) was covered by a slit, and the end of the sleeves and the pants, as well as the edge of the hood was ensured by an elastic, in order to avoid the penetration of the external agents inside the coverall.
• to provide the user with a level of comfort in accordance with the level of protection against the existing danger, with the environmental conditions, with the level of activity of the user, as well as with the expected duration of use of the hooded overalls.
  be easy to equip and disassemble. For this purpose, a zipper covered with a slit was applied to the front center in order to increase the protection of the wearer.
• not to limit the normal movements of the body, to be possible movements of the arms and knees, as well as bending movements; For this purpose, all the designed parts / patterns have enlarged dimensions, in order to create lightness and comfort during wearing.
• to have as few marks as possible and implicitly seams on the surface of the product. For example: the seams of the parts were designed to be made inside the sleeves and trousers, and the shoulder seam was removed to prevent the penetration of dust and other external agents inside the coverall, increasing the degree of protection.
• to have adequate adjustment systems, which allow the sealing of the coverall while maintaining the comfort of the user, such as the elastic at the end of the sleeves and pants as well as the one at the edge of the hood. At the waist, at the back, the coverall is provided with an elastic to adjust and keep the product at the waist, as close to the body as possible, avoiding the difficulty of movements during various activities.
• to create a range of sizes to cover as many requirements on the market as possible, for as many conformations as possible.
• not to present rough, stinging or hard surfaces that irritate or injure the user.

PACKING

Packing of hooded overalls:

• Each protective coverall with hood is folded and placed in a transparent polyethylene bag, size 30x38cm, which will be sealed. On each bag, stick a self-adhesive paper label (sticker), on which are written the product name, model code and size.
• 60 overalls of the same size, each packed in a polyethylene bag, are placed in a cardboard box, transport resistance measuring 80x60x60cm.
• The box is closed and sealed, and on a certain side a self-adhesive label is applied, on which the information is mentioned: product name, model code, manufacturer, raw material, composition, quantity of products contained in each box, CE marking: , the standards that we set out to respect for this product, the manufacturer’s address, the mention of the fact that this product is non-sterile.
